Shipping & RETURNS
- Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
International Shipping: Currently, DermStation only ships within the United States.
Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes: DermStation does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Damages: DermStation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We currently do not accept Paypal or other payments methods.
- Returns Policy
Return Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items:
- Opened or used skincare products due to hygiene and safety reasons
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items). For these cases, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
